By using the Site, you agree to these terms. They do not cover client projects; those are governed by a separate written agreement.

Use of the Site

You may view and use the Site for lawful, personal or business information purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, access it in an unauthorized way, or use automated means to overload it.

The Site’s text, design, graphics, and code belong to Kuler Labs or its licensors. You may not copy or republish them without our written permission, except as allowed by law. Kuler Labs names and logos are our trademarks.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
