  2. Your evidence stays connected.

Pair before-and-after views with your records.

  3. The vent material is still unknown.

Ask what supporting evidence is needed.

Planned capabilities

From a notice to a clear next step.

FireFolder is owned by Kuler Labs. It is in development and has not launched.

01 / AI reads

Understand what the notice says.

AI would extract the score, scale, stated reasons, dates, and requested evidence. The original page stays beside the explanation so you can correct uncertain text.

02 / AI checks

Record what has changed.

A guided photo walk would request views of vegetation, fences, gutters, and vents. AI would flag possible concerns and missing angles; you confirm each observation.

03 / You review

Prepare a request you can stand behind.

AI would draft a score-information request, evidence inquiry, or factual reconsideration request. You review the recipient, complete message, identifiers, and every attachment, then press send in your email or insurer portal.

04 / Context

Keep the map in perspective.

Planned regional weather and heat-detection layers would show source dates and stale or unavailable data. A selected home pin marks a location, never a safety assessment. Follow official emergency guidance.

05 / Evidence

Keep the proof with the question.

Before-and-after photos, receipts, and descriptions would stay together. AI would compare notice claims with confirmed records and flag contradictory dates or unsupported statements.

06 / Timeline

Pick up where you left off.

Upload replies and confirm dates to keep a record of open questions. Any draft follow-up returns to the same review screen. Exporting a packet never submits it.

In development

Your evidence.
Your next step.

Document preparation with visible sources and unknowns. Regional map context does not establish conditions at your home.

We’re designing the workspace to keep original files, corrections, and unresolved questions together. You choose the recipient and what to disclose. AI drafts; you review and press send. No automatic outreach.
