This policy explains what information Kuler Labs LLC (“Kuler Labs,” “we,” “us”) collects through kulerlabs.com (the “Site”) and how we use it. Kuler Labs LLC is a Colorado LLC at 1729 W Pikes Peak Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80904. Questions: jordan.pesavento@kulerlabs.com.

What we collect

Information you send us. The Site has no accounts or contact forms. Contact links open your own email app; nothing is sent until you send an email. When you email us, we receive what you choose to include, such as your name, email address or phone number, business name, and project details.

Technical information from hosting. The Site is hosted by Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request) to deliver the Site and keep it running. These are standard server logs kept per Vercel’s retention.

What we do not use

As of the date above, the Site does not use advertising or analytics trackers, does not set cookies, and does not load third-party scripts or fonts; fonts and scripts are served from kulerlabs.com itself. If this changes, we will update this policy.

How we use information

We use information you send us to reply to you, discuss and quote a project, and keep a record of our correspondence. We use hosting data to operate the Site and investigate problems or abuse. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host (Vercel) and our email provider (Google, through Google Workspace), or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep emails as long as needed to respond and for business and tax records, generally up to 7 years, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you sent us by emailing jordan.pesavento@kulerlabs.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Protection

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
